Will somebody please get Blair Endersby to respond to this person - otherwise I am sure this will lead to a complaint to the IP's regulatory body.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Admin has contacted BE several times about Ceedy's post. I'll bring it to their attention again.

I have heard that they have responded direct to Ceedy with many emails - they are obviously emailing possibly Ceedy's wrong email address. Ceedy have you got any other or new email addresses?

There is obviously a breakdown in communication somewhere with the email addresses.

Perhaps it would be better if BE wrote to Ceedy in the first instance using snail mail?

At last a letter..
Thanks. for the effort from all here ..

A pity the letter contained only a Cut N paste of an Email, Only addressing the problem letters, being sent after the b'ruptcy , nothing about my complaints on the overall handling of the IVA and what I think is an exorbitant charge for the time it ran .

Think I will stop here.. getting really fed up with whole sencario. Dealing the with OR isn't that much different, very one way communication, and no updating on whats going on.
Much like the IVA.. ;-)

take care All, will pop back now and gain to see whats going on , and definately if I need any more advice or help .

Take care

Chris

Hi to all again, been gone a while, dealing with life N things.
Hope everyone is OK ?, well as OK as you can be on this forum ? ;-)

Thought I 'd stick to this thread as its all on the same theme ( ish).
The Comms with the OR has continued in the same proportions, I.E we send off info.. get little or nothing back in response, whenever we get anything ?, theres always a veiled threat of something if a reply is not sent within 14 days.( the OR's replies are closer to 14 weeks ( if at all)).
Daughters circumatances have changed very little apart from a recent income reduction ,in Working Tax and child benefit. which we notified the OR's of 2 months ago, and just had a reply back stating they (the OR) think a 36 month payment plan of £167 per month, is sutiable, arggh! thats over the figure that caused the IVA to fail.
I wonder what planet they are on ??.
So sent a reply telling them what we think it this , a suggesting they do their calc's again.
Almost a waste of 500 pounds doing the BR in that case!. .. Rant over !!

have fun all
Chris.

It would be interesting to see the allowances they have given you, as on the whole I find the OR's staff most generous.

Hi,
Have asked the OR for this info, but on past performance it won't be hurtling here ;-)..
3 weeks wait so far.
But in this current climate I expect they've a few customers to deal with?.
