Any more nes on whether this has been resolved. I unmderstand BE may not want to discuss anything on a public forum but it would be nice to know things are being sorted out.

They would normally post and ask the person (Ceedy) to contact them. Don't even know if they have been on the forum today. I'll keep putting it back up to the top!

They've not been on here today so far, I've checked the members pages. I hope they do.

Hey
Its so nice to see you guys be so supportive. By coming on here, witrh everyones advice, things are movin smoothly (i hope)..B.E seem terrible at communicating, i hope Ceedy has been able to get things sorted and has some communication with them. Me being right at the start of the iva being sent to the IP Bridgestones (reviews look good and positive, thanks for the link Kallis!) I just decided to check B.E and its quite scary to see the differece.
I would say taking a step towards an IVA is quite a big step and even tho its positive, its the last thing one needs on top of the stress, for the IP company dealing with it, not to communicate...

I just wish anybody in one of these, the best of luck! x x[8D]

I can't understand why they've not been on recently. They usually monitor the site. Hopefully they will come on and see this, we shall just have to keep on pushing it back to the top!

There communication is some what to be desired!

I personally have created my own IVA file - I keep everything, I copy everything I send back & record when I have contacted them, date, time & whom I spoke too!
