I can't remember if you are in an IVA or not Starboy.

If you are, and it fails, then you should be able to go back to a DMP.

Sorry that things aren't working out very well for you. I do hope they pick up soon and your wife makes a full recovery.

Hi starboy

Sorry to hear about your wifes and your stress and troubles at the moment - ask to speak to your IP and see if they can do anything to help you with the iva. It really is in their interests to help make your iva work.

You can always go back to a dmp, but think of all the options first. Would going bankrupt really be that bad or would it be a fresh start for you both?

Good Luck
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes
