Hi all

We have been in an IVA since Feb 2010. Mp parter pays £108 a month and I pay £252. I have just over £10,000 outstanding and my partner has just over £4,000. We have also paid about £6000 in overtime/bonus since the IVA was set up

We have just found out my partner is pregnant and baby is due in April and she will be having a year off work

Someone has offered as £5,000. Do you think this would be acceppeted as a full and final offer? We dont want the IVA to fail. Obviously our budget will be changing soon so we will not be able to afford £360 each month

Any advice would be great

Congratulations on your news.

Speak to your IP about this, hopefully it would be an acceptable offer.
