Hi I went through Myvesta who then passed it on to Baker Tilly in Birmingham. It all went through in about 6 weeks I had no phone call from creditors hasslien me. Allthough I had not missed any payments up until I spoke to them and still have had none up til now.

hi andrea, have you had the meeting yet, have or not let me tell you the thing is you are not alone thats why their is this site, and a good site it is, remember the companys wanted to give you the money to start with, and they are now annoyed becouse we have people on our side to help us and that means they are not getting it all back, none of us want to be in this possision but we are, and im sure we wont go down this road again, i am now in an iva, i owed 60,000 easy to get to that stage, but like you all im doing something about it, so hun, let your ip do all the worrying from now on and take care of your family and enjoy them, becouse in 5 years you will be FREE, good luck for the future, and happy xmas.
