well thats some good news i hardly think 5 pound is a income more offen than not its less than that but it all counts when you have little ones growing there both same sex so save in that sense but not always. does any one think its best to go with big iva companys or to go with sole traders some times the big company say alot of things i personaly dont understand and make you feel like im stupid yet sole traders always seem to take more care in personal details its one thing to talk on the net but another when it comes face to face i alway seem to just burst into tears and cany explain my self very well there for they get frustrated with me when i cant tell them what i need there help for were can i find reviws in iva companys i have always been told to look around but were?

The best advice i can give is to speak to at least 2 or 3 companies, firstly to make sure you are not given conflicting advice and secondly, you have to be comfortable with the company that will be in control of your financial affairs for the next 5 years.

I'm no expert but i have been in a similar situation with hubbys debts. Thankfully all over and done with now.
You will get there one way or another and as others on here have said, family and health are far more important than money.
You are getting on the right track now though.

Hi
Just to confirm that your paypal account will be fine,it's not credit.
If there is a balance on the account prior to your IVA declare this to your IP

hi all i cant believe it our family were fantastic they are willing to wait till iva over if we can get one .with all the will in the world this is what i wanted to hear but after letting them down so many times thought this time they might just give up on us and why not even now being parents its took us till now to realise how bad we are with money it still hurts knowing that they will have to pay for our mistakes till we can. but knowing that there still there for us and the kids means hell of a lot more any way going to get some info on iva companys and talk to finacial adviser and get things shifted maybe this year will be a better a year but not counting my chickens yet.

Delighted to hear that news, and do you feel that you would have broached this subject with your family if you did not have the support of this forum? Please answer honestly, as I am just curious to know how much good sites like this actually do give out.

Hi
On the info that you have given I would consult several IVA providers now.
I would apply by phone for a joint account,be sure to ask for the cashminder account. They will ask for income and expenditure details[mortgage/rent/credit cards]
There will need to be a disposible income for it to be accepted
