Hi
Your IP will write to each company and ask them to confirm the debt.Personal loan debts will include the whole outstanding payments and can be far more than you actually borrowed.
There is no problem putting money into the new Co-op account, your IP will need to know your balances but as long as the money is for normal day to day living expenses then it will be fine.

Hi just catching up with the postings I'm very glad that your family meeting went very well for you, regarding CAB we didn't find them very helpful (more of a feeling of being critisized) might have been the person we spoken too though, we bank with the co-op and they are okay, i find the on-line banking a great help, Melanie is a great help also. This site is great for helping with the various people that have/are going through a simular situation and will help to answer your queries.
Keep your chin-up and keep posting. :)

i know cant tell you how relieved i am knowing that in couple months i will be able to sleep and buy my food and petrol with cash from my budget rather than using a card as i needed to pay bills and cards with cash its such a horrible circle robbing peter to pay paul.

I remember it well. Telling hubby to wait a couple of dasys for petrol. It is nice once you settle into using cash and knowing there are no bills which you cant afford to pay or you see the balance has not reduced from the last month due to interest.
