Hi

I am having a variation meeting this Friday for a full and final settlement, I was wondering, if it is accepted is the 3rd party able to pay the money the same day or do they have to wait for any paperwork to be sent through??...its just that if it is accepted I would like to have it all paid asap.[?]

Thanks

Hi Red,

Fingers crossed that it is accepted. If it is, then pay the money across asap so that it can be finalised. I don't think you will have to wait to do that.

Hello Red when the offer fingers crossed is accepted, you will get a letter stating the terms of the variation, there will be a cut off point when the funds are to be recieved,we are talking months not weeks, you will get a phone call on the day of your variation meeting ,the same as you did on the day of your creditors meeting.the second you get the all clear it as been accepted you can pay the lump sum from the third party on the day .good luck.

Good luck

hi, good luck with the meeting. our F&F IVA was done by Mel Giles, she requested that my parents sent the money to her before the date so that it could be sorted quickly.

i'm sure you'll be ok,thinking of you

we paid our F&F over on the same day and this ensured we then did not have to pay our monthly payment five days later ! It is then a clear road to a debt free life !
