Jay,
You must have the completion certificate to get your details removed from the Insolvency register and the credit files.
I would get on the phone to your IP people and get it sorted. That is a ridiculous time to be waiting just because they are busy!
6yrs is from the start date not the date of last payment

So as soon as i get that certificate it doesnt matter if its this month or next etc, the date i started +6 years is my `cleared` date, but without the certificate i cannot `prove` it so to speak?
