Hi,can anyone help with this please. In with my last wage i was paid some backpay/arrears for money that i should have recieved in april, which was before my iva was approved. Now this backpay takes me over my basic wage calculated for the iva and also the 10% extra. What i would like to know is,is this backpay classed as overtime,as technically it should have been paid to me in april? hope this makes sense[:)]thank you..

You will need to declare that Tori, and pay over 50% of the amount over and above 10% of the wages you declared in your IVA proposal.
