Went to the forgot your password link, had new email sent (more than once), followed the instructions and I still can't get in as it says my password incorrect. I've tried to reset if a few times and I'm getting nowhere - can anyone offer any advice?

There's probably a simple solution but I'm too simple to see it [V]
