I have an issue with my current IVA, I am paying £161 per month and have 13 months left which is £2093 left to pay, and have no issues paying this and my other bits.
My annual review is due soon, so what I do is a credit check to see how things are going and noticed that my old business OD (£1800) has been moved onto my personal credit file which is not default and am paying back.
I am not struggling to pay any of the money but do not want my IVA to fail as so near the end, as I have borrowing of over £500 eg £1800, all I want to do is keep paying the £161 to creditfix for the next 13 months.
I have sent them an email explaining this but they are not supper quick in getting back to me.
Sorry this has been missed, I hope you have managed to get this resolved now - if not then keep on badgering them.
