However no agents will accept me with my IVA even though I have said that I am waiting for a F&F meeting to be arranged (fingers crossed). I have also said that I can provide a guarantor. I have searched the internet and can find no private landlords............. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks all[:)]

Have you tried a housing association or the local council?

With the private landlords, if you could provide a reference from your IP to say that all paynents are up to date, it might help with a private landlord.
