Hi
Mail outs are common, if you applied you would almost certainly be turned down.

Heres two tips to stop this and they both work -

If in the course of 2 weeks, you get two applications for CC.

Swap the contents over and put in the post box and put on the envelope not required, so they get sent back to the CC with some elses info and they will knock you of their mailing list cause you have just cost them money.

2 - if you get stopped at motorway services, and they ask, just tell them you are bankcrupt, they will stop asking you

Hubby used to get those, along with loan offers through the post. I think everybody on the system gets them.

A few months ago I actually got sent a new credit card from one of my creditors with a few thousand pounds credit limit! You would think they would be more careful!

What a waste of money, when you would think that banks would be trying to reign in the purse strings a little. When you get these things, shred them or burn them as they are definately not for you whilst in an IVA.
