You will probably find that if you check your credit record it will show you in arrears with some of your payments. The creditors normally submit the payment records every month.
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt
The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

No hunny dont feel bad, it just happened and I still have a job getting my own head round it. I am feeling a lot better now, time and all that, its just one of those things.
She had offered to help me and I said no, my debt my problem. She did help me in the end though, bless her heart. Love never dies and I am so grateful I had her as a Mother. She was the best friend I ever had.
Dont worry about it, I am not upset with you nor did I think you were being flippant.
Oh Lily - you have just brought a tear to my eye - I guess that unexpected turns of events like that help to keep things in perspective. A very good girlfriend of mine in the states just lost her husband to a heart attack - he had just turned 49 - was a former marine and in the best of shape. She says she hates the money that she has a result of his life insurance. Hence I laugh to my husband and say our cross to bear is money struggles because if we win the lottery or a windfall there will be a cross to bear in life elsewhere. God I just cant believe that you had to go through all that all at once (I know from Vicki's blog that she had an awful time with her debt and her mum passing away too) - so I will count my blessings and keep my flippant mouth shut - especially as my husbands grandparents are 92 and 86 and we adore them and want them around for a very long time to come - please god. Lots of love hun...xxxx

Just to clarify that an IVA is not concluded until the IP files their final report to Court and the Registrar is notified. This is usually similtaneous with paying the dividend to creditors - and in my practice we do not pay ourselves until this time either - thus encouraging an early conclusion for everyone's benefit.
