i can get an N245 from work, work for a firm of solicitors, I am very tempted to tell my boss what has been going on as I know he could help me but am afraid he may not want me working for him any more when he finds out the mess I am in!

I am not sure if consulting with your boss would help or hinder you. You really should get some help in getting the instalment varied to an affordable amount.

Well this time complete the form and put a supporting letter with it simply explaining a summary of your financial position. The over riding objective for the courts is to deal with claims 'Justly'. It would not be 'Just' to treat one creditor in preferencee of another simply because they 'got there first' .
