We were with HSBC when they were Midland Bank and then they were fantastic, sorted out problems that we had, we could speak to the bank manager whenever we wanted to.
Then they got too big for their boots and had no time for the man in the street.
They are one of my creditors and were not helpful at all. I wouldn't touch them now with a ten foot barge pole.
