I took the step today and contacted Melanie's team, I have an appointment tomorrow with Tina who on speaking to this evening, found her so understanding and sympathetic. Its such a weight off my mind, I wish I'd made the decision a year ago! Everyone on the forum are so supportive and I can identify with so many other's situations! I felt such a failure getting into so much debt but now I realise it can happen to anyone! Will keep posting to let you all now of my progress. xx
