It's not unusual for the votes not to be in at the moment and your IP won't tell you yes or no until after the time of the meeting.

If you are rejected then the IP can sort out a DMP for you or, if they don't do them, pass you on to someone who does.

You can make your first payment now, just phone the IP company and tell them.

The calls will continue I'm afraid but you've not long to go now.

Perhaps you should speak to Citibank, tell them what you are doing and tell them not to phone you at work.

Morning all, Im confused... again... Can someone please tell me about the voting... I Know its 75 percent for the IVA to be accepted, but is this 75 percent of the total amount owing or 75 percent of the creditors. Ie if I had four creditors do 3 have to vote in favour ? Or if I owed 10000 pounds do I have to get 7500 of that amount accepted ? Probably a real onvious quetion, but with my creditors meeting tomorrow I have a lot going through my mind, thanks for your help everyone as usual, will let you know outcome tomorrow... Rich x

It is 75% by value of creditors who vote on the day Rich.

Basically Rich, if one creditor held 75% of your debt they could vote it in or out on their one vote.
