Hi - it was bad form not to notify you but i doubt there's nothing illegal in what they've done. I think they announce it in the London Gazette. Do you particularly object to next to the change? Apart from a different signature on the annual report, I'm not sure I'd ever know!

I never even check mine. As long as the IVA runs smoothly I don't care who signs the report!

I'm a bit OCD about reading my paperwork, particularly checking the sums add up.

My IP changed when I was in my IVA and I was sent a letter notifying me of this. To be honest it didn't bother me - like Jan I was only worried about the IVA running smoothly!

The company I went with, has changed its name but I still have the same Supervisor.

I just checked the register, and it still shows as I'm with the old firm on the register. So I now hope that when the new firm write to the IS to inform them of the conclusion of my IVA they recognise that it's them and act on it.

I'll be interested to see how you get on once you have completed.

I get the feeling it's going to be a waiting game. A case of patience, never really good at that though. :-(

I'm itching to have a look at my CRA reports, but waiting on the certificate before I do.
