Hi - it was bad form not to notify you but i doubt there's nothing illegal in what they've done. I think they announce it in the London Gazette. Do you particularly object to next to the change? Apart from a different signature on the annual report, I'm not sure I'd ever know!
I never even check mine. As long as the IVA runs smoothly I don't care who signs the report!

My IP changed when I was in my IVA and I was sent a letter notifying me of this. To be honest it didn't bother me - like Jan I was only worried about the IVA running smoothly!
The company I went with, has changed its name but I still have the same Supervisor.
I just checked the register, and it still shows as I'm with the old firm on the register. So I now hope that when the new firm write to the IS to inform them of the conclusion of my IVA they recognise that it's them and act on it.
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.
