Hi Can anybody give me some advice on what happens next. My house sale is part of my iva . It did not sell in the first 12 months so it was extended for a further 6 months , That is now up next month and no sale . had some intrest but no sale. thank you for any advice
Your IP may well have to call a meeting to extend the IVA even further. If the property has been exposed to the open market, at a realistic selling price, it is not your fault that it has not yet sold.
