I don't know - OP needs to find out if David is still his IP and if not, who is! If it's not longer David then OP should have been written to and advised of new IPs details.

david was our ip but when we finished our iva with a full and final and got cc there was another ip names on our certificate saying davis no longer there
full final paid over 29/2/16 cc arrived 12/4/16 its all over
