Now I know why they were so rude to my husband when he told them he was going to Melanie. They would have made several hundred pounds for taking papers across a corridor.J

Do they disclose the payments to the sister company in their IVAs, Mike?

I couldn't tell you from where I am now Mel, at home, but my gut instinct is to say that I very much doubt it.

However, in the interests of fairness, I will endeavour to find out and if I am wrong then I will be happy to say so.

Churchwood and kingsgate are the same company more or less. I wouldn't go near them if i were you

Can you explain exactly what your problem is, and how you have found out these things?
