Hi,
First post so forgive me if I appear not to know much.

Hopefully will have my IVA accepted at creditors meeting next week.

My question is I am thinking of joining the Territorial Army. Would wages from this and the tax free bonus have to be declared and if so how much would I have to pay towards my IVA of this money.

Thanks
CB

Hi countrybear and welcome!

I'd discuss this with your IP as soon as possible. If you're accepted by the TA then your income would have to be declared and it may change your payment.

The exact amount you'll need to pay will depend on the terms of your IVA and any modifications, so your creditors meeting day would be an ideal time to clarify this (before you sign).

Best of luck for your meeting!
Take care,

As others have said your IP will need to advice you,but it is likely your earnings will need to be included. Hopefully this time next week you will have joined the debt free journey ! Good luck

Welcome from me as well! As the others have said you'll need to speak to your IP about this.

Good luck with your meeting and with the TA.
