Hi, My IVA proposal is with my creditors & the meeting is set for mon 28th... we have gone for a lump sum settlement from my parents... just wondering what the percentages are of agreed IVA's against not agreed IVA's? Can any of the experts tell me... can't stop thinking bout it now!! I'm with McCD & the person I spoke to their dealing with me has been fantastic, highly recommended...

Hi, i dont really know percentages but i do know, if its a good offer the creditors would be happy to recieve their share sooner rather than later.
Good luck, let us know how you get on

Hello and welcome. We have seen very few rejections of late and much will depend upon the dividend being offered. As has been said before, if the IP thinks it's worth running with, it generally is.

Best of Luck

The vast majority are accepted and I'm sure you've been given a good steer by McCD. It's always a nailbiting wait so don't feel that your nerves are any reflection on your proposal. It's just nature playing games with you xx

Welcome - your IP would not be putting this through to your creditors if they did not think it would be approved - this time leading up to the meeting is always the nervous time ! Am sure it will be fine - let us all know your news next week !

All the best for the 28th a well respected company is working for you and I'm sure the offer wouldn't be made without some confidence in this. Let us know how it goes as it does help other posters in a similar situation. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi,not long to wait now! you've picked a very good company to help you.

we did a f&f iva last month with help from my parents( we've got to repay them though). we were told creditors like f&f iva's because they get £ back quickly with less of the £ taken in fee's so that's very positive.

good luck!
