As detailed in your paperwork. Most likely is a 12 month extension to the IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Generally a 12 month extension which is where I am at the moment, however certain IP's seem to be pushing secured loans at fairly high APR%. Most people believe that a remortgage and a secured loan are entirely separate things so don't be pushed into a loan if your paperwork doesn't allow it.

Your most likely options are likely to be re-mortgage, secured loan or extension. You'd be wise to look at all options and then decide.
