I have now finally got hold of HSBC who have told me to just forward completion certificate to them and that should suffice, they dont need anything from Grant Thornton they say..lets hope it gets sorted quickly!!

many thanks Karol, Hsbc seem to think the completion certificate will suffice but I may need a letter stating Gt have no interest.

Had an email to say Grant Thornton have no interest in my ppi claim, which is good news, whether HSBC actually pay me out anything is another matter!!

With regard to Grant Thornton, I have recieved a letter asking me to complete an annual income & expenditure form having stated they requested this previously in January. I have no Jan letter, further more my IVA completed in April 2012!!. Both my address and name were incorrect!!!!
