Just take your time recovering. Have a good read tomorrow, then when you have taken it in you'll be able to start to get on with it.

Don't feel sick at all - it is legally binding but that's to protect you as well as the creditors and is nothing to worry about. Just arrange a valuation for a time that suits you.

If you are not sure about anything then ring the company concerned and they will go through it with you.

It was the bit about my creditors taking legal procedings against me before the iva, could stop it?

It is highly unlikely that they will but, if they threatened to, your IP can take out an interim court order to stop it.

Nothing to worry about at all.

Don't freak out! You just need to get all of your paperwork together now - if you're not sure exactly what is needed then just check and then get it all together to send off.
