Hope the valuation went ok.

I just told the estate agent that came to me that I was having to relocate and was looking at several agents and wanted the valuation in writing and they sent it with no problems at all.

They should send it to you, either via post or email.

Hang in there, it will all come together.

Try another estate agent - you might find they are more amenable.

Never apologise for moaning - we all do it!!!]

You can send the letters and the statements, your IP will deal with them.

If you have a scanner then you may find it easier to send any further documentation by email; I know it worked better for me.

I had my IVA approved last month and I'm already feeling much happier! Things were really bad as my wife and I separated also but now the debt is under control, I feel I can deal with the other elements of my life that have taken a turn for the worst recently... And, on the positive side, I get to leave the toilet seat up now (sorry)!

Keep posting, stay calm and focused and do the admin as quickly as you can. Your IP will take care of the rest.

Well done you! I wonder if we can switch places? I dont wake up hyperventilating now but have underlying guilt all the time! Have to send as much as poss before i go away and have to hide all docs before house/cat sitter arrives, my brain seems to work only in short bursts!

I think many of us go through feelimngs of guilt ( I know I did). But they DO pass and you can feel proud in yourself for stepping up and facing the problems ... and sorting them out.
