All the old fears came back! I've been awake since 3.30, I don't know the time scales on these things

your IP will deal with this, get that letter to them a.s.a.p, these things do take time but in the hands of your IP they will contact the creditor. x

Don't worry recovering - we've all had these letters. It's a bullying tactic designed to get you to pay up.

Speak to your IP and they will sort it for you.

We had all sorts of threats while we were sorting ours out. They'll try anything to get money out of you.

Your IP will sort this out for you. If the worst came to the worst, they can get an interim court order to stop any action being taken by a creditor prior to the meeting.

Well done on the sleep Lesley!!!

Recovering, what you are going through is perfectly normal, I can still remember the feeling of dread every time I woke up during the night and my brain was working overtime. It's not a nice feeling at all.
