As long as you highlight the bonus on your payslip then I would think you may be able to keep it (depending on how big the bonus was I suppose).

What feels odd recovering? The fact you are still sending statements / payslips in? I presume it's because the proposal hasn't been finalised yet and they will want to use up to date figures.

It is kind of weird isn't it. But keep saving what you can as we used our contingency in the first 3 months with things going wrong and adapting to the IVA.

It'll be a lovely feeling once it all goes through!

Move what? Your contingency fund? Yes if you have a savings account, it may be a good idea to move it across then you are less likely to break into it.

Do you have an new account for your normal everyday financial business that is not linked with a creditor?

That's why we are here! It doesn't matter how quickly or slowly you do the IVA process - you get to the same result in the end.

Glad you listened though!!

They are scare tactics - get in touch with your IP and let them know about this.

Don't let them get to you - we're here to support you and your IP company will help you all they can.

I sent the first threatening one to them weeks ago and I emailed too. Will post today, should I email too?
