You can do - at least then you know they've had it.

One of mine was doing this, just send them on to your ip.
Must of had 5 or 6 from them in the last two months,
but there never voted at my meeting.
Keep hoping they will call just I can tell them to get lost.
IVA now over with and it was worth it.
now starting my life again,
More letters today.. [:(]such a nice xmas present just need reassurance that i'm doing the right thing ...just sending the letters on to ip?ps hope you all have a lovely christmas
Just ignore them!!! You are doing the right thing. Don't contact your creditors, they will be aware you are going for an IVA and you do not want to speak to the bullies in the call centre.
Either send them on to your IP or just bin them.

I agree with Jan - I sent letters to the IP for about a week then so many started to arrive I just lit a fire and burnt them!
You know you are taking action, these letters are just generated, many automatically so not worth worrying about. Just think towards the future and try not to worry about them.
lol - too wet for a fire here! Could do with a few days of frost to clear up the mud everywhere.
Seriously, as long as your IP has the debt listed and the letter is just a where's your payment type of letter you don't need to send them in all the time. I was advised just to send in any that look like they are planning court action.

I would open it - you will probably find that it is a standard letter - the vast majority of us had letters threatening court action.
In the unlikely event that anything did happen then your IP can get an interim court order so that the creditors cannot take you to court.

I agree and keep forwarding to your IP any communication and let them deal with it. They're trying to get you to pay but don't give in, take the advice of your IP at all times, they know your case best. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
What's the name of the company recovering? Some of us might have had experience of them.
