Glad things are moving along now, hopefully won't be long before you have your meeting.

In the unlikely event of debt collectors/bailiffs turning up, this is what they can and cannot do:

Had another letter from some random company who must watch courts for ccj's offering to help? I feel helpless, my IP said it would be after xmas i got a proposal call ...I have sent all correspondance on just waiting for a call..assume I would hear if something was wrong it just feels wrong not to be doing anything

You are stuck in limbo but it wouldnt do any harm to give your chosen company a little call to ask how things are progressing.

Ignore as best you can the ambulance chasers who scour the court ccj's list, preying on people like you and I,its hard I know but things will move a little faster once you get a date through.

I know its not much help but lean on us as much as you need to,most of us know exactly what it feels like.

We do all feel like that at the stage you are at recovering.

I would ring your IP and just explain that you would like to know when your creditors meeting will be as it is stressing you out with all the letters etc arriving.

You need to keep yourself going through this period. Honestly it's just for a while. Once it's all gone through you can begin to relax and wonder why you got so worked up about things.

We're always here for you!
