and i'm a good "BIG bird"!!! after Christmas treats! lol! i love the muppets lol.

we experienced all this you're coping with, you're doing well. it is horrible. scare tactics doing a great job!

not to scare you,the CAB advised us to keep windows & doors locked with bailiff threats - careful if cooking.

you are not alone & not too far off a meeting now. i was a wreck, posting lots really helped me[;)]

i kept curtains shut too - people might laugh but i was scared the bailiffs would come, look in & make a list of our stuff ie tv to take!

i didn't answer the phone or the door,i was too scared, the CAB told us a bailiff only needed to get a foot over the door to claim legal entry.

hope you get a date soon.big hug x

A bailiff does only need to get a foot over the door which is why you should keep all doors and windows closed if there is a threat of that.

Try not to worry Recovering, I know it's easier said than done as you feel your whole life is on hold and sorting out the IVA is all you can think of. Just take the time to offload on here, you'll get lots of support and things won't seem so bad.

Recovering Mel was our IP too,she did a great job for us - without her we would have had to go BR,we had no other options.

her whole team have been great with us. don't hesitate to contact them if worried they won't mind.[;)]
