we ALL fear we'll get a "no"[V] at this point,it's so hard trying not to worry about it[:(].

Mel will work hard for you to get this through - she takes a lot of pride in what she does.

you just have to hold on now,hug x

If that IVA proposal is rejected by creditors I will personally eat my insolvency license at the next Frugal Friends do in public! it is a good offer and the best that recovering can make - no rhyme or reason why it should be rejected, but you do need to keep the faith.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

I cannot remember the last time we read of a rejection on here, especially from Mel's team.

I won't be ordering any nice sauces to make the licence go down easier as it won't be necessary.

I'm sure you'll be fine! Mel has said she'll eat her insolvency licence on a few other occasions and as far as I'm aware she still has it!

Good luck x

Recovering, you should take great heart from Mel's post, she REALLY does know her stuff.

i can't ever recall her even nibbling her insolvency license let alone eating it!

we'll all be supporting you on your date!
you are going to be ok,[;)]x

Glad you have your proposal through, have you read it 72 times??

I am sure either a phone call to Mels team or if Mel sees this later something can be sorted about the payment.

As for moorcroft, just ignore them,a lot of companies dont know their bottom from their elbow.

Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

Our IVA was accepted in November and we still get letters from the debt chasers. And yes it is scary in print, somehow it makes it all so very real. Try not to worry recovering x

The next step now then recovering!!!

Give Mel's team a call and I'm sure they will sort you out with the payment over the phone.

The letters are from a different department from that which deals with the IVA - unfortunately they can't be bothered to communicate with each other!!

Please do as Paul says and check it thoroughly.

seeing it all laid out in black & white is awful, but it's reality, shows how much you need the IVA[V].

read it all,ask ?'s if not sure - no feeling a nuisance(you're not)- important you're happy with it.

when we got our date it went very quiet as it got close,it was un nerving[:0]. but, even after the IVA went through we had a few debt collection letters appear - scared us but it didn't affect us at all.
it's last ditch attemps at getting £ off you, keep it for you emergency fund.

glad things are moving forward for you! looking forward to seeing you posting helping others standing in your shoes at present, this bit will soon be past tense, hang in there[;)]
