Hi,I completed nearly a year ago now and one of my debts was with the Natwest bank. Obviously when I went into the IVA I personally had no further contact with them but I seem to have started receiving emails about an account. (I used to have online banking I think) but as it was so long ago passwords etc are long forgotten. Now I think they have started since the IVA completed. What should I do as I can't check this account as I no longer have log in details. I have account numbers on my IVA paperwork, should I go into the local branch and speak to them.

Anything by email is most likely to be fraudulent - just ignore them or send them to spam.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Much will depend upon what these emails say.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I would certainly not be replying to these - you could always phone them to see if they are genuine or not.
