hi i have 12months left on my iva however I will become unemployed

Health problems are not an issue one can foresee when signing up to the IVA and I'm sure if you can provide medical evidence then you'll be able to get it through ok.

Hopefully though if the rules on driving have changed you may be able to stay with the firm?
