Hi there and welcome to the forum

£3,000 of debt is not sufficient to propose an IVA with, and probably the best option for you is to write to all of your creditors offering token payments until you return to work. The CAB give good free advice to people with low debts and low incomes, so it might be worth visitng your local office for a chat with a debt advisor.

Hi and welcome.

Did you mean £3,000 or £30,000?
