Hi
I have a Northern Rock Together mortgage, I want to get out of it. Will they accept part payment as a full and final settlement for teh unsecured part say 50%.

Possibly - it will depend upon your circumstances and a demonstration that you can no longer afford to maintain contractual repayments on the loan. Is this the case Woody?

Hi,
I can afford to at the moment, but I want to get out of it before interest rates jump up, as I may then struggle.I understand that NR are still trying to off load mortgages like this one.

Thanks
