Hi, i have my creditors meeting on Monday, really nervous, i small offering 11p dividend with £100 per month. I don't get maintenance for my son from his dad but helps in other ways such as buying clothes and shoes etc. can the creditors make me arrange another arrangement with him when this works and Im happy with it. also if my boyfriend moved in how much would he have to contribute to my and my ex husbands debts. seems a bit unfair when he has bills too.

Thanks x

Hi, your feelingd are perfectly natural, we all feel.the same.

Your ip must be confident that it will be accepted and we've not had a rejection on here for a long time.

This is your best offer and your creditors should see that.

Good luck.for Monday

It's only natural to be nervous and have last minute doubts. Keep faith in your IP as they wouldn't have submitted a proposal they weren't confident in!!! x

As others have said it is your IP would not have proposed your IVA if they felt it was not viable...stay busy as much as you can to take your mind off !

With regards to your boyfriend moving in - his income would be taken into account to ensure the household expenditure was shared equally - he would not be expected to support your IVA payments.

Good luck on Monday x

Good luck to you both from me too, you may think the return to creditors isn't much but if it's the best offer then so be it...in the 60 months things can change too and dividends can increase from uplift payments/windfalls..

Let us know how you both get on please. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
