Hi, I want to say thank you first to this forum, for the help i got through reading question and answers given back on the forum. I finished my iva in 2015 got my cc as well, but they still send me form all the time on ppi to sign, which i do.
Now my question is I have received another ppi with another company called BankSmart I don't know them and I feel reluctant to sign the papers. I was with GT. Is like I have sign my life to GT. Am I supposed to sign these ppi ?

Hi and welcome,

As you have finished and got your completion then I would be inclined to ignore this request as you have already given your company the information they need by the sounds of it.

Hi, there so happy to hear the forum has helped you, it's lovely to read this. Thank you.

Ask them why they keep sending you paperwork to sign despite being out of the IVA and completion certificate received.

They should now leave you alone, it's finished, especially if they've claimed PPI and you've signed previous paperwork.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

GT use Slater Haywood Law -- so I would ignore anything from a company you do not know. If it is genuinely from GT they should have the good grace to let you know !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
