hi everyone

can anyone advice me? one of my creditors is with my bank which is joint account with my partner. i have been banking with them for more than 10 yrs so as my partner. do you think they will agree with my application?

Hi jazzy and welcome to the forum

I am sure that the bank to which you refer will be supportive of an IVA proposal, so long as you are putting your best offer on the table and it fits with that particular banks criteria. As you have a joint debt, I assume that your partner realises that he will also be responsible for paying that off.
