When I had my iva hearing a condition of its acceptance was that 50% of any additional earnings, e.g. overtime, or any 'windfall' over £500 (I should be so lucky!) should be paid into the IVA.
59 months down, 1 to go... whoop whoop!

im told that you can keep the first 10% of your overtime and then they have to split the rest 50/50. hows it going with yours.

I have to hand over 50% of any overtime or extra income received. My employer has this year ceased to pay overtime, we now just get time in lieu, so I don't have to pay the 50% anymore. Every 6 months I send in my pay slips for the IP to review whether I have been submitting the correct monies. Three years in, and so far, so good. Good luck with it!

Hey Mark,

How did you get along?

How did you find the entry process for the IVA & if its started how do you feel about it?
its a marathon not a sprint!

I'm out of my mind but please leave a message!
