Hi,

Have you thought about speaking to Ryan or Shaun who are both mortgage experts who post on here and who may be able to help or advise.

Loan to value is normally a problem as NRAM loaned to high percentages. If you have equity it is probably doable but as Kallis says speak to Shaun Vickery from Select or Ryan who know the market.
