Hi there and welcome to the forum.

The best thing to do is to talk to an insolvency practioner and get advice asap as to the best way forward for you. There is always a solution.
You can get reviews and a list of ip's on iva.com or you could look at he experts page as there are contact details on there for Ip's that post on here. Melanie Giles is well recommended.

Well done for being positive and all the very best. Keep posting with any questions and let us know how things go.

Yes - you definately ought to seek some professional advice with regard to dealing with these debts. They have nasty habit of coming back to haunt you when you are least expecting it.
