hi ive got the iva meeting on monday i didnt include one of my credit cards what happens really worried.

Speak to your IP now so that the card can be included in the IVA.

hey natasha welcome

what was the reason you didnt include it ? you will need to contact your ip first thing monday they may have to suspend the meeting and put it back while they get your other card included in the proposal dont worry but contact them asap

Hi Natasha, good advice above to contact your IP first thing Monday morning if they're not available this weekend to talk to (which I doubt).

Good luck for your meeting.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Better to face up to this exclusion now than after the creditors meeting has occured. These things do happen occasionally, so don't beat yourself up about it - but do make sure that this is the only thing that has been left out.

Your IP will need to explain to creditors what has happened, and rework the figures, but hopefully all will eventually be well and you will get the right result. Don't be suprised however if the IP does not instigate an adjournment to give them time to deal with this properly.
