Hi another update....today's the day for our creditors meeting to see if they accept our f&f offer which was being held 5 minutes apart about 10.20am I'm currently sitting here waiting twiddling my thumbs I'm sure they said they would email me with the outcome but I'm getting anxious now. How long shall I wait till I call them ?

Thanks Kallis I'll give them a call before my partner goes to work don't want him stewing whilst he's driving his bus haha. Waiting so patiently for this and was hoping they would be quick to let us know.

That should have been sorted out long before now if the meeting was this morning!

Hi guys just quickly I've had my phone call from aperture finally and they have accepted our offer YAY the only modification was to cap the variation fee to £400. So happy we are near the end, now to let my dad know so he can pay over the money, I will come back when it's all completed and will still be nosey on the forum as you have all helped us when we have had questions. Thank you so much for all your help all of you on here

Ahhh thank you all its very much appreciated, I'm so glad I found this forum it's been so much help with you all helping me with my questions and also reading other people's experiences/problems such a shame I didn't find it before we started our iva we knew nothing about ivas when we started and just less than year we know so much all with the help of you all. Thank you to Kallis who has always been here to help me with my worrying and to Lisa and the other experts who have given me advice especially on doing full and finals.

Kentgirl I hope yours gets sorted as quick as ours our company has been quite helpful through the process although we've never once spoken to our ip haha
