Hi just wanted to say thanks for answering any of questions quickly! Also got my creditors meeting booked so counting down the days .... convinced it won't be accepted with 28,000 debt and disposable income of 100. Really don't want to have to bankrupt. Do most ivas go through? Thanks xx

Your IP will have faith in your proposal that is being presented to the creditors, share in that and all will hopefully be fine. All the best for meeting date. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
Good luck from me too...your IP would not have put the proposal through if they felt it wouldn't be accepted so here's hoping ! Come back and let us know when your meeting date is so we can all be celebrating with you !

Good luck from me too. We had 53k debts and offered £238 per month which is about the same dividend as you are offering, our proposal was accepted just this week.
Our dividend was also about the same and accepted without any modifications on our part, have faith in your IP, they wouldn't be putting it forward if they didn't think that it would be accepted
