Probably a debt management plan, where he arranges to pay back so much per month but it is not a formal arrangement.

Well we reveived our propsals through offering 32p in the pound over the joint proposals still waiting for a date but was told will be end of the month ,early march.
I having to do all this waiting its so stressful its all i think about everday from the minute i open my eyes. Cannot wait till its over .
I was also advised that our proposals will be filed in court why is this ?

Im sure when i spoke to my ip this morning she said she was from the intrium department, is this normal process thanks

Probably seeking one (Interim Order) - is this because one of you is self employed or a creditor is trying sudden and immediate action?

No my partner is not self employed nor as far as im aware no action against us, i havnt heard anything from our creditors , just the usaul default letter.
