Hi, my IVA is complete pending PPI investigations. Is it reasonable to think I'm done now ?

Hi, my IVA is complete pending PPI investgations. The only thing is I work in sales and I'm waiting the outcome of a final review to establish if I owe any extra funds. I don't believe I do as I have paid more into the IVA than was anticipated at the start. I'm just concerned that I might get hit with a large bill at some point of the next few weeks. My IP are just saying thus review will be completed & the report sent out to me over the next few weeks. The way I'm interpreting it is that it would have been sensible to let me know asap if I owed any extra. I mean, I sent off bank statements in February & my last payment was March. Is it reasonable to assume I'm done now? thanks

Have you earned any extra from your previous review as if it has not been paid across you will need to do so. Depending on your proposal it will either be 50% of any extra, or 50% above 10% of you normal monthly income.
It doesn't matter that you have paid extra than was anticipated at the start as it goes on your income and expenditure not an agreed amount as income and expenses change over the 5 years.
If you have not earned extra then you have nothing to worry about. Dont forget to cancel your payment (DD or SO) Congratulations on getting this far.

Thanks, its inconceivable for an IVA to fail at this stage I would have thought? And are you given time to pay any extra amounts?

You can make an arrangements to pay it over just by continuing your payments for a few months, speak to them and they will sort something out they are normally quite helpful at this stage but it wont go to closures and you will not get issued with a Completion Certificate until it is all paid.
Which company are you with?
